It’s that time of year again and we’re going wild! Literally, we’re taking the Crew on a dining excursion to explore a couple of wild game dishes that you probably never thought of before. Frontier promises an unique dining experience that includes a Whole Animal Experience (Pigs, Goats, Lambs, Alligators, Boars). Executive Chef Brian Jupiter, a James Beard Award semi-finalist, has created mouthwatering dishes celebrating American contemporary cuisine, blending game and other seasonal ingredients into classic and approachable fare.

Although our Crew won’t indulge in the Whole Animal Experience, Chef Jupiter will help us explore wild game in a couple of dishes. If you’re not too excited about trying something too different, no worries because the menu will also feature Frontier signature dishes. As always, kids will be greeted with a special holiday mocktail and parents will enjoy an adult beverage. Join us for a delicious December experience and celebrate the holidays as our Crew gets wild.
