Meaning soul or spirit, ROOH brings the spirit of India to Chicago through the restaurant experience. Renowned Executive Chef, Sujan Sarkar, delicately balances rich traditional flavors with fresh local ingredients prepared with international techniques and inspirations.

ROOH highlights the West Loop as one of the most unique restaurants in the city. Inside their vibrant and energetic atmosphere guests will enjoy familiar classics such as butter chicken but will also be introduced to modern Indian cooking.We can’t wait to welcome our Crew to ROOH!
