Get ready to experience seafood in a different way. The Crew will enjoy a delicious afternoon brunch and explore specialties of the sea at Portsmith, located in the Dana and Spa Hotel downtown Chicago. The chef’s featured 3-course menu will be very approachable for any seafood novice, yet elegant and elevated for those that enjoy the flavors of the sea. When working with truly great seafood, Portsmith chefs believe in the “less is more” approach. Sometimes the best ingredient is the one left off the plate.

Portsmith sources the best quality and freshest seafood. They honor the seafood and fisherman with bold flavors yet simple plating. Precision yet restraint showcase the natural flavors of their pristine catch. Menus change every few weeks to follow local produce and seafood seasonality.

Kids will be greeted with a mocktail, meet the chef and learn about Portsmisth’s featured cuisine. We’re always excited to see how they will rate each dish on their special LDC menu. Parents will enjoy a similar brunch and be greeted with their libation of choice. This LDC event is the perfect way to kick off an Saturday afternoon in the Windy City!
