The Lunchroom is a 40-seat restaurant and café within SPACE 519, a concept store in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, just off of the Magnificent Mile. The Lunchroom focuses on vegetable-forward, California style cuisine and places a heavy focus on locally-sourced ingredients. The menu was developed by SPACE 519 co-owner Lance Lawson, drawing from his experiences abroad as well as his love for cooking and entertaining. The Lunchroom’s design aesthetic reflects the same attention to detail as the artfully-curated menu.
