    Khule-Aam Mango Mocktail

    Aloo tikki  – potato croquettes, with yoghurt, mint, and tamarind chutneys

    Fried Chicken Chetinad – chicken tenders marinated with 22-spice mix, with Chettinad dipping sauce, garnished with manzano pepper

    Gobi Manchurian – minced cauliflower fritters, with unique red sauce featuring Indo-Chinese flavors

    Saag – blend of spinach, mustard greens, and herbs, with paneer or chicken

    Rogan Josh Taco – pulled lamb shoulder tacos

    Machar jhol – fish stew with vegetables

    Roti

    Gulab Jamun – donuts soaked in rose water syrup, with crushed pistachio / dried rose petals garnish

    Includes choice of Shaandaar (Basant’s take on Old Fashioned), Cumin Margarita, Basant Bahar (Basant’s take on French 75), or Salt-n-Pepa (Boozy version of a sweet/salty Indian-style lemonade or “Shikanjvi”) for adults
